"We made our way church to church with a similar pattern. We would survey the damage, pray with the people and encourage them. We would then give out medication to those in need and conclude by encouraging the children with balloons and smiles." - CSI at work...

Wings of the Wind Aviation

Mission work is challenging. From organizing on a national level to working in the remotest and tiniest of villages, missionaries and their teams face immense obstacles on a daily basis. One of the greatest of these challenges remains that of safe and efficient transportation. The satisfaction that comes after meeting a real ministry need in a difficult to access area is hard to describe. But equally difficult is the logistical side of carrying out these kinds of missions.

From the jungles of the Amazon rainforest to the savannahs of Africa, Wings of the Wind aircraft are helping to supply the logistical support that missionaries need in their fields of labor. Our aircraft and pilots help to supply much needed help in the areas of:
  • training local and national leaders
  • providing healthcare in remote areas
  • medical team transport
  • emergency relief to areas in times of disaster
  • helping in community development
  • transportation of personnel for evangelistic outreach
Even now in the twenty-first century, there are many areas of the world where people cannot access much needed help. In these places, the help must reach out to those in need. And this often means that air transport becomes the key to this kind of humanitarian and spiritual ministry. Safely transporting personnel, healthcare services, and other resources to the unreached and the formerly uncared for remains one of the primary goals of the Wings of the Wind Aviation ministry.

Operating as an arm of Compassion Services International, Wings of the Wind will continue to provide a relevant ministry to a specific need. In doing so, we will also seek the help of those that wish to share in this aviation ministry.

Equipment, operating funds, and volunteers will always be needed and valued. Flying much needed medicines to a bush hospital in the heart of Africa means everything to the little boy or girl that is suffering. Transporting food and supplies to a village devastated by natural disaster or war makes a difference. Spreading the gospel in places that are impractical or impossible to reach by road has an eternal impact. Only God knows how much is accomplished when we give, when we pray, or when we fly.

Wings of the Wind is seeking partners and helpers in this global aviation outreach ministry. Putting wings on Compassion Services is our contribution. Will you join us?

If you would like to become involved in this ministry please contact us.

Without your compassion and financial support CSI cannot reach the thousands of hurting, destitute, sick, and unfortunate people that we have already reached. It's been your support that has made the difference, and will continue to make the difference.
